We are seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. This is a remote position aligned with European or U.S. East Coast time zones. The role offers an exceptional opportunity for professional growth and impact in the rapidly evolving Web3 security space.

Responsibilities & Duties 

Market Intelligence

• Map the Web3 ecosystem, including protocols, DAOs, L1s/L2s, infrastructure providers, security firms, VCs, and major ecosystem players
• Research prospects’ partnerships, funding rounds, governance proposals, and technology stack
• Monitor industry news, protocol upgrades, and ecosystem changes to identify new opportunities early
• Maintain a clear, up-to-date view of key relationships and alliances across the industry
• Recommend high-potential target accounts and outreach strategies based on research insights

Pipeline Generation

• Identify and qualify potential Web3 clients through outbound prospecting (Telegram, Discord, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, email)
• Initiate conversations with decision-makers and schedule meetings for the sales or partnerships team
• Manage and track outreach activities in CRM tools, ensuring accurate and complete data

Sales Support & Collaboration

• Assist the sales team with preparing presentations, coordinating outreach campaigns, and supporting special projects
• Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and tools to increase team effectiveness

Marketing Campaign Support & Collaboration       

• Assist with conferences and lead gen by executing outreach campaigns to contacts collected from these activities
• Ensure that data collection is complete and accurate to enable ROI calculations for all lead gen activities

Metrics for Success

• Number of qualified meetings booked
• Volume and quality of new opportunities added to the pipeline
• Accuracy and usefulness of market intelligence reports
• Conversion rate from research insights to booked meetings

• Some prior experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably within cybersecurity, Web3, or a technical environment
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with technical and non-technical audiences
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail
• Passionate about cybersecurity, Web3, and deep technology, with the ability to engage in relevant technical discussions with customers. Understanding of crypto sectors such as DeFi, lending protocols, decentralized exchanges, oracles, stablecoins, staking, and cross-chain platforms, all of which may be potential customer categories for Certora
• Willingness and ability to work aligned with European or U.S. East Coast (Eastern Time) time zones
