We're seeking a Technical Program Manager to serve as the primary technical liaison between our clients and internal teams, managing Web3 security projects and fostering long-term client relationships.

 Full responsibility for the customer journey

• Serve as the client’s representative at Certora and initial technical and business point of contact
• Drive client success through deep understanding of their projects, challenges, and security needs
• Lead technical discussions and oversee project management for security audits, formal verification projects, contests, and governance reviews.
• Review and maintain quality of services, support and reports delivered to the client
• Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal technical teams
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through additional Certora offerings.
• Provide valuable insights to product management, helping shape product improvements and align offerings with market demands.

• At least 3 years of experience managing customer accounts
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field from a top-tier institution
• Working knowledge of smart contracts and blockchain technologies
• Practical experience with DeFi applications and crypto wallets
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
• Demonstrated project and people management experience
• Strong people skills and customer service orientation
• Ability to coordinate effectively across organizational boundaries
